My footy tipping tips for AFL Round 13 this week are as follows:
Match 1: Hawthorn vs Essendon Selection: Hawthorn by 20 pts
Match 2: Carlton vs Fremantle Selection: Carlton
Match 3: Brisbane vs Richmond Selection: Richmond
Match 4: North Melbourne vs Port Adelaide Selection: Port Adelaide
Match 5: West Coast vs Western Bulldogs Selection: Western Bulldogs
Match 6: St Kilda vs Geelong Selection: Geelong
Match 7: Sydney vs Collingwood Selection: Sydney
Match 8: Adelaide vs Melbourne Selection: Melbourne
Yes nothing is going my way these days. Teams that I have tipped are not performing the way that I expected. It is going to be a gamble with Port Adelaide to win and Richmond and Melbourne. The rest of my tips seem okay. Sydney to win at home against Collingwood is a bit of an ask and everyone will be rooting for Collingwood. The side is in form and playing great footy. If all 8 of my tips are correct then a miracle has occurred. Fingers crossed that teams can play properly this week.
My tipping has been quite poor for the past three weeks. Only tipped for correct footy tips in each of the 3 past rounds. It isn't great and my love for Port Adelaide and Melbourne isn't paying off. Both teams aren't playing great and they really need to lift their game in the next round.
Richmond is on the way back up and have been improving each week. The question is whether or not they can continue to improve. I really want to see Port Adelaide and Melbourne improve. They are in a bit of a slump right now. Footy tipping needs to lift in Round 13. World Cup soccer has really taken the spot light these days. It is Wimbledon soon as well.

AFL Footy Tipping Round 12
These are my tips for the AFL Footy Tipping tips for Round 12. Although I have only got 2 out of 4 right. I am hopeful that I can get another 4 to make it 6 out of 8 for Round 12. North Melbourne has already played an amazing game on Friday to beat the odds against Carlton. 97 - 68 was the score.
Hawthorn vs Adelaide ended in a massive win by Hawthorn 124-77. Essendon vs Geelong. Geelong win by nearly 70 points 83-154. Port Adelaide lose to Sydney 55-93.

AFL Footy Tipping Round 11 Results
Richmond vs St Kilda
The final score was 59-97. Footy tipping was off to a good start with me getting the footy tipping for this game correct. It was all downhill from here. Footy tipping has been pretty bad these past few weeks. I keep going for Port Adelaide and Melbourne which isn't helping. I'm going to change my strategy and go for the home team first and only tip the away team if they have a really great chance of winning.
Carlton vs Melbourne. 101-60 Apparently Carlton is the home team in this one. Melbourne don't seem to be playing well at all these days. They can't seem to find anything going for them. Getting attached to one or two teams isn't great.
Adelaide vs Fremantle. 105-82 Adelaide win at home. Fremantle just aren't strong enough to win when away.
North Melbourne vs Brisbane Lions. 90-89 It was a very close game and North Melbourne were able to life in the dying minutes to take out this game.
West Coast Eagles vs Geelong. 98-122. Geelong are too strong. Footy tipping isn't going great at all. I only get St Kilda and Geelong correct.
Sydney vs Essendon. 89-80. Sydney win at home. I tip this match correctly. AFL is so unpredictable.

AFL Footy Tipping Tips Round 11
Footy tipping for Round 10 was all stuffed. I want to tip better this Round 11. AFL Footy tipping has been tough these past 2 rounds. I only got 3 and then 4 which was very disappointing. I am no where near my 6 average. Stuffing up big time these last two rounds of footy tipping.
Richmond vs St Kilda at Etihad Stadium - Friday, June 4th, 7.40pm
Richmond won its first game last week in Round 10. St Kilda doesn't look like it will lose this one. Even though Richmond is slowly getting into form. I just don't see them winning another game for a while.
I am tipping St Kilda.

Home game for West Coast Eagles. They might do something amazing to topple the Cats. I doubt it though. Cats smashed Melbourne in Round 10. It is just a matter of how much Geelong will win by.
Sydney vs Essendon at SCG, Sunday, June 6th, 1.10pm
Sydney should be favoured to win because they are playing at home. I am tipping them and they better perform. Essendon is playing very well these last few rounds. Tipping has stuffed up for me because of Essendon.

AFL Footy Tipping Round 10 Results
AFL footy tipping for Round 11 hasn't been good for many. Many should have tipped 5. I only got 4 this round.
Essendon versus Western Bulldogs
The dogs lost this one 99-90. Wow, Essendon played amazingly to win this won. They led every quarter and jumped out of every quarter with a couple of goals. Western Bulldogs only really had Hall at the front doing any damage. Western Bulldogs did go hard at the last to bring it back to just 9 points.
Geelong and Melbourne ended in Melbourne going down by 10 goals. Melbourne just couldn't do anything. Wow Geelong is playing really well. 121-67 was the final score.
Port Adelaide to Richmond. Richmond post their first win of the season. It was a muddy game and Port Adelaide apparantly can't play in mud. Oh well. Score was 30-77
Brisbane Lions versus Collingwood. Lions win 88-80. That made it 4 straight wrong tips for me.
I then got the next four correct.
St Kilda versus Adelaide 123-76. St Kilda win.
Hawthorn vs Sydney 79-77. Hawthorn win
Carlton vs West Coast Eagles 105-76 Carlton win
Fremantle vs North Melbourne 139-78 Framantle win.

Footy Tipping Round 9 Results
Here are my Round 9 AFL footy tipping results. Not great since I only got 3 right. Geelong, Western Bulldogs and Essendon. The rest I stuffed up my tips.
Collingwood vs Geelong:
50-86 Geelong come back to win in flying form. Collingwood had the upper hand for a while and then Geelong just powered home. Collingwood still played great but not great enough.
North Melbourne vs Western Bulldogs
57-127 Western Bulldogs overpower North Melbourne in every single way. Easy win for Western Bulldogs.
Sydney vs Fremantle
63-100 Sydney play poorly at home. No excuses here, Fremantle play really well.
Essendon vs Richmond
130-95 High scoring game but Essendon play amazingly to win by 35 points in a very high scoring game.
Melbourne vs Port Adelaide
111-110 Melbourne pull off an amazing win to win by a point. Scores were tied near the end until Melbourne put one through for behind.
Adelaide vs Brisbane Lions
93-81 Adelaide win in an impressive game over the Brisbane Lions
Carlton vs Hawthorn
60-110 Carlton lose against Hawthorn in a shocking game. Carlton had a chance in the 3rd to come back, but stuff up twice. They had a chance to bring the margin back to within two goals. Carlton have good signs but just can't string things together properly.
West Coast Eagles vs St Kilda
56-91 St Kilda back in form to win an away game. West Coast Eagles just can't play even at home. They are probably out of it this season.
Only tipped 3 this round. Round 9 was pretty hard with a few upset wins. I didn't tip any of the last 4 games this Round 9. Footy tipping is always hard when teams just don't perform. I have placed my footy tipping tips for Round 10 already. My only unusual tip is Melbourne to beat Geelong.

AFL Footy Tipping Round 9 Footy Tips
Collingwood and Geelong are at the top of the ladder. Fremantle is not too far away. These three teams have been playing great footy this year. On the flip side Hawthorn, Adelaide and Richmond line the bottom three of the ladder. Richmond have gone 8 straight without a win. Oh no. Too bad for them since I'm not going to tip them to win at all.

AFL Footy Tipping Round 8 Results
How did everyone fair for Round 8 of footy tipping. AFL Footy Tipping tips for me were alright. Here is my matches round up comments for Round 8.
Fremantle vs Collingwood - Collingwood win 97-133. Great match this one between the top two teams. Collingwood come out on top.
Western Bulldogs vs Sydney - Western Bulldogs win 101-63. Western Bulldogs post three strong quarters and then couldn't post a goal in the final quarter.
Melbourne vs West Coast Eagles - Melbourne lose 46-75. How did this happen, I really don't know. Melbourne is going to play it tough to get into the finals this year. They are up against Port Adelaide in Round 9. My favourite teams are head to head. I really want Melbourne to win, but their players missing in action this week aren't going to help their cause. Port Adelaide is a very strong team and posted wins against a few top teams.
Brisbane Lion vs Geelong - Brisbane lose 74-155. Geelong played awesome footy in Round 8. Footy tipping was easy this game and Geelong was always going to win.
North Melbourne vs Adelaide - North Melbourne win 84-75. This was a very close game in the end because Adelaide scored 7 goals 4 points in the last quarter versus 1 goal and 1 point to North Melbourne. North Melbourne are playing very strong footy and footy tipping for them in Round 9 will be hard.
Hawthorn vs Richmond - Hawthorn just win 89-86. Very close game this one with both sides pretty even till the end.
Port Adelaide vs Carlton - Both strong sides came played a great game with Carlton winning in the end. Scores were 118-92. Port were leading at the end of the third but couldn't hold it together in the last quarter.
St Kilda vs Essendon - Lucky footy tipping for me this week. I tipped this one right with St Kilda losing 81-93. Essendon played excellent footy in all quarters to beat St Kilda.

Fremantle vs Collingwood - Collingwood win 97-133. Great match this one between the top two teams. Collingwood come out on top.
Western Bulldogs vs Sydney - Western Bulldogs win 101-63. Western Bulldogs post three strong quarters and then couldn't post a goal in the final quarter.
Melbourne vs West Coast Eagles - Melbourne lose 46-75. How did this happen, I really don't know. Melbourne is going to play it tough to get into the finals this year. They are up against Port Adelaide in Round 9. My favourite teams are head to head. I really want Melbourne to win, but their players missing in action this week aren't going to help their cause. Port Adelaide is a very strong team and posted wins against a few top teams.
Brisbane Lion vs Geelong - Brisbane lose 74-155. Geelong played awesome footy in Round 8. Footy tipping was easy this game and Geelong was always going to win.
North Melbourne vs Adelaide - North Melbourne win 84-75. This was a very close game in the end because Adelaide scored 7 goals 4 points in the last quarter versus 1 goal and 1 point to North Melbourne. North Melbourne are playing very strong footy and footy tipping for them in Round 9 will be hard.

AFL Footy tipping for Round 8 goes like this:

It's a clash of the top 2 teams. I am tipping Collingwood, because they are on fire these past few weeks. It will be a great match tonight. Footy tipping ladder will be knocked around if Fremantle upset.
Western Bulldogs vs Sydney
2.10pm Saturday 15th of May 2010 at Manuka Oval
It will be hard for Sydney to win this one. Barry Hall is against his former side and there are so many players out for both Western Bulldogs and Sydney. The dogs just won over my favourite team last week against Melbourne. Very controversial match that one was. I am tipping Western Bulldogs to win by like 20 points.
Melbourne vs West Coast Eagles

Melbourne vs Western Bulldogs. 66-70. Bulldogs win in a very close match. Tipped wrong.
Essendon vs Port Adelaide. 106-109. Another super close match. Tipped right.
West Coast Eagles vs Hawthorn. 102-94. Hawthorn just can't win this year. Tipped right.
Collingwood vs North Melbourne. 157-91. North Melbourne didn't stand a chance. Tipped right.
Brisbane Lions vs Fremantle. 100-113. Fremantle won in a thriller. Tipped wrong.
Geelong vs Sydney. 126-59. Wow, what a killing. Geelong too good. Tipped right.

I tipped 6 this week. I'm struggling to get 7 and even 8 for the past 7 rounds. Hopefully this week I get lucky. My AFL footy tipping tips haven't been that far off in Round 7. Melbourne got beaten at the very last few minutes. Melbourne just couldn't finish it off. With a couple of bad umpiring incidents the game had its controversy. The pink uniforms of the umpires and Melbourne players didn't help and it should never of happened.
Footy tipping in Round 7 was great. If only Brisbane Lions played a little bit better and beat Fremantle. Tipping for Round 8 is going to be hard. A few games can go either way pretty easily. Footy Tipping Round 6 Results
Wow got 6 out of 8 this week. Pretty good week of Footy Tipping for me this week. Didn't tip Melbourne versus North Melbourne correctly and Carlton's game against Collingwood went the wrong way.
Melbourne played some great footy but were always trailing behind by 3-4 goals. Carlton came close at some stages in the game, but Collingwood just went nuts in the last quarter. Collingwood have a strong chance to take out the premiership this year.
I still think Melbourne has potential and if they win this weeks Round 7 AFL game against Western Bulldogs, they will be well placed to take out the premiership this year. St Kilda had a close game against Western Bulldogs and the game looked so boring till the very last few minutes. It was the lowest scoring game for that stadium or something like that.
It was like a game of chess and it was slow backwards passing with no attack. Hopefully St Kilda can play a better game this week and win again. Hawthorn and Richmond and Adelaide look out of it this year. Footy Tipping has been going great and I'm only 9 away from the leader in my tipping comp at sportsbet. Footy Tipping Round 6 Results
St Kilda versus Western Bulldogs game just finished not so long ago. What a great game with a score of 49-46 going St Kilda's way. Yes, I got that tip right. I tipped St Kilda to win today and they came back to win in the final minutes to win by 3 points. Western Bulldogs lead for 3 quarters of the game up to the final minutes when St Kilda kicked three quick goals after a few near misses.
I loved this game so much. It was very low scoring but it was a great game of AFL footy. Footy Tipping has been great. I have now got 1 out of 1 which is great. Let's see how my next 7 tips go for the week.

AFL Footy tipping tips Round 6
Western Bulldogs vs St Kilda
This match is going to be great tomorrow night. Sportsbet odds are 1.75 and 2.08 respectively. I am going for St Kilda. They were at the top of the ladder for a reason. St Kilda have a very disappointing Round 5 last week. They didn't score many goals in their game and they just didn't get into the game. Hope fully this week they play better.
North Melbourne vs Melbourne
Sportsbet odds are 2.05 and 1.77 respectively. My tip is Melbourne because I love the way they are playing recently and I have tipped them to win the finals this year.
Adelaide vs Port Adelaide
Adelaide versus the other Adelaide. Port is going to win just because Adelaide isn't playing good footy this year and Port Adelaide played a wonderful Round 5 to beat St Kilda and knock them off the top of the ladder. Sydney now lives at the top of the ladder. Sportsbet odds are 2.44 and 1.56 respectively.
Sydney vs Brisbane
Sydney is playing at home and they should win easily. Sportsbet odds are 1.58 and 2.40 respectively.

Tough game to pick this one. Footy Tipping Round 6 is going to be tough to get the full 8. This game can go either way because Hawthorn isn't playing well and so isn't Essendon. Sportsbet odds are 2.67 and 1.48 respectively. I am tipping Essendon for Round 6.

Footy Tipping Round 5 Results Part 2
Footy Tipping Round 5 Results has been riddled with upsets. I did 3 out of 4 in the first 4 games but only managed 2 in the second 4 set of games. St Kilda and Brisbane both lost their games which was surprising. I tipped Melbourne's win over Brisbane but I didn't think the St Kilda was going to lose. I don't think many people thought that St Kilda would lose. Geelong also experienced an upset loss in their game. Nothing much was going right for Geelong in their game. Even though Ablett played a great game, it still wasn't enough to hold the team together.

First 4 games have ended. Footy Tipping Round 5 has gone my way 3 out of 4. I tipped the upset of Melbourne winning over Brisbane. They won by a mile, it was awesome. Brisbane is ranked second in the ladder before this match. Melbourne will surely get into the top eight now. In striking distance of being top of the ladder. St Kilda lost their game against Port Adelaide.

AFL Footy Tipping Round 4
AFL Footy tipping has been pretty bad for me in Round 4. Only got 6. After the Round 4 games, the ladder sits like so: St Kilda and Brisbane sit at number 1 and 2 spots. Sydney, Geelong, Fremantle and Collingwood are up next, all have just one loss each. Carlton and then Western Bulldogs round up the top 8.
Melbourne sits at 9th on the ladder, with slightly better game percentage than Port Adelaide sporting the same 2-2 win loss record. Hawthorn, West Coast, Essendon and North Melbourne have posted only 1 win each in 4 games. Adelaide and Richmond round up the final two. Richmond is sitting dead last with no wins. Adelaide isn't doing much better with no wins but a higher game percentage.
Footy Tipping Round 4 Results are:
West Coast versus Essendon: 101-78 West Coast win
North Melbourne versus Sydney: 60-100 Sydney win
Adelaide versus Carlton: 55-103 Carlton win
Collingwood versus Hawthorn: 123-59 Collingwood win

Richmond versus Melbourne: 78-133 Melbourne win

Footy Tipping for Round 4 has ended up with me getting only 6. The Essendon upset over West Coast didn't go my way and Essendon played really badly that day. Collingwood versus Hawthorn ended up the wrong way aswell.
Hawthorn didn't play a good game and really should lift for Round 5.

AFL Round 4 Footy tips
Its AFL Round 4 this week and there are going to be another 8 great games. St Kilda is still up there first in the ladder with 3 straight wins. Last weeks win over Collingwood was great. Came storming home in the final quarter to beat the Magpies by nearly 30 points.
The results of my last week tips was that I got 5 out of the 8. It wasn't too bad but not excellent. This week I'm aiming for 8, not that everyone else isn't trying the same. Melbourne which is my favourite team is up against the bottom of the ladder Richmond. Melbourne is playing great this year and looks like it will win this game easily.
The top two teams are up against one another this week. St Kilda should still come out on top because they have a great team and won with injures in Round 3.

Footy Tips 2010 Round 3
Footy Tips for the year 2010 are going to be tough. Teams such as St Kilda, Fremantle and Geelong are off to a flying start. With two out of two. Tipping who is going to win round after round is tough.
If you are a tipping person then you should sign up to something like sportsbet.com which has a tipping competition every year.
There are currently 6 teams in to the third round with no wins under their belt. These teams are: Essendon, Melbourne, West Coast, Adelaide, North Melbourne and Richmond.
Melbourne came close in round two against Collingwood with only one point difference on the final whistle. The score was 86 versus 85.
With St Kilda up at the top of the ladder with a massive win of 143 versus 39 against North Melbourne last week. They look like they are on to a great year.
Footy Tips are hard to come by. My tips for round three are:

- West Coast
- Brisbane
- Calton
- Sydney
- Melbourne
- Western Bulldogs
